Syncs with cardio machine by JennI'm not sure if it is supposed to, but the heart rate monitor syncs with the cardio machines at my gym. And even the cardio machines next to me, which is great for me, but sucks for the people trying to work out next to me. It is perfect for tracking your heart rate while doing high intensity interval training on an elliptical because it's hard to look at the watch when you're going really fast. I am able to just look at the display on the machine. Also, it reacts very quickly and is fairly comfortable.
