This technology allows for the watch to give accurate barometer readings that are essential to warn of any upcoming storms, an Altimeter that measures -2300 ft up to 32,800 feet, thermometer to monitor any sudden changes in temperature as well as a digital compass which measure and displays one of 16 points. The PAG40-7 features an attractive tri-tone case of black, green, and white that will make this outdoor tool also a fashion accessory as well. Complete with button guards to protect against accidental operation of the sensors. The large duplex LCD display makes for reading the time, measurement and graphs easy. This "intelligent" watch also features an auto EL backlight that will illuminate automatically only when dark (to save battery power) with a simple twist of the wrist.

The PAG40-7 also features 100M water resistance, 5 daily alarms 1/100 second stopwatch, an auto calendar and 12/24 hour format. Everything seems to work fine. The altimeter seems a bit stubborn to calibrate, however I haven't spent a lot of time with that feature. It may take 2-3 tries with the compass to get a good reading, but that depends whether you are near electronic equipment, inside a large structure, etc. Outside, it works pretty well. The barometer/temperature feature works real well, usually right on or within a point. Overall, I would rate that a 4 out of 5 - would probably buy it again. Would rather have an all black face, but the white isn't that big a deal.

I really wasn't too sure what to expect when I ordered this watch, but I have been blown away by the overall quality. The watch feels solid, it has a heavy feel to it. I actually think the quality of the band of the Invicta is a step up from that of a Rolex. The face is beautiful, pays serious homage to the Submariner. I have already had people ask me if it was a Rolex. The Miyota movement has been surprisingly accurate (+8 sec/day). While it is not quite as smooth as the Swiss movement of the rolex, it is hard to beat for under $100. The display case on the back of the watch is so much fun to watch. Do yourself a favor and just buy it.

I wanted a watch that had a digital time/date, clear moon phase, and sunrise/sunset times. The only other watch I know of that has most of the features of this one is the $600 Yes watch. You can imagine what a pleasant surprise this watch has been! I love the vibrating alarm most of all. I do have to keep the booklet handy to turn of the "time to go fishing" alarms. I'll admit that I don't wear this watch when I dress up. But you won't find anything out there with all of these outdoors features at this low of a price.
